Terms of Service

Template notice. This document is a starting point written for an early-stage product. Have a lawyer review it, and replace the entity name, jurisdiction and contact details, before you take payment or claim compliance.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the AI Proxies network, gateway, dashboard and control API (the “Service”). By creating a key or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

2. Accounts and keys

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is limited by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prohibited categories include credential stuffing, payment card fraud, unauthorised access to accounts or systems, and traffic targeting minors.

4. Plans, fees and overage

5. Refunds

Unused monthly plans can be refunded pro rata within 14 days of purchase. Metered traffic is refundable only for requests we billed in error — supply the request identifiers. Dedicated capacity (ISP IPs) is not refundable once it has been allocated to your account.

6. Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly availability of the gateway, measured excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. Sandbox plans are provided as-is with no availability commitment. Credits for enterprise service-level commitments are set out in the applicable order form.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of the AUP, is causing harm to third parties or the network, or is subject to a valid legal request. Where practical we notify you first and give you the chance to remedy the issue.

8. Third-party sources and compliance

Residential and mobile egress is sourced from third-party networks. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdictions you operate in and the terms of the sites you access. We do not grant you any rights to third-party content.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Replace this section with your entity's jurisdiction.
